Lagoon

Lagoon is the resort's signature room — open to the water on three sides, the sound of waves underneath the conversation. The cooking is contemporary Mediterranean: Sicilian crudo, Provençal stews, a wood-fired oven turning out flatbreads and whole fish at the centre of the room.
